Maak was born from the desire to give more grandeur to the sensitive world. Each of our pieces is thought of as a symbolic presence. They are small protective arts, paths of return to oneself, to an intimate and spiritual part of our existence. Statuettes and totems, raw and poetic, they encourage our meditative capacity, our need to elevate ourselves, to heal.

Baked in a gas oven, the pieces are imbued with the energy of fire. The oven flame leaves a unique trace on the pieces. Each cooking reveals a part of magic.

All our pieces are modeled by hand in our workshop near Nantes. The enamels are from our personal research made from rock powder.
